• which version of the product do you use?
• what specific actions you did before the error appears?
• what happens next?
• what did you expect to happen instead?

Please send us, if possible, the error log, or the error message as it appears, instantly by using embedded Send Feedback or Send Log screens.

If you have any technical comments, suggestions or wishes regarding our products, please send them to our Support department as well.

The change requests and bug reports coming from our subscribers have higher priority and will be handled a.s.a.p. All other support requests will be registered and handled whenever possible.
